Housing

We are currently living in the "Spin-dominiums" (our farm's migrant housing.  They were given that name because they are popular to renters. :)  While we remodel our house.  It is a huge blessing living walking distance to Lake Leelanau, two miles from Nana and Papa's house and right by daddy's corn field.  Also our neighbors are very friendly and LOVE Malachi and run to him every chance they get  Often times they will cook out and share with us (yum!)
Being so close to the lake Aaron has brought home rock bass for us.  Malachi is learning the ropes of fishing.  He is enjoying eating but is also learning about textures of food.  He occasionally gags if it is not mixed well enough lol. It is fun feeding him different food and watching his reaction.  We have hung a hammock right outside our door in the cedar trees.  On a nice evening you will find us all laying in it together. :)
The housing is fun to live in, especially in the summer, but we are looking forward to moving into our new home!

Angel our neighbor loves Malachi.  He says "hola Bebe'." Every time he sees him :)

Vanessa loves Malachi as well and would probably steal him if she could :)  Too bad they aren't bit older.. we could use more babysitters-ha!

We have been rolling and becoming more mobile

Doing the "Superman" just like daddy did when he was a baby

Learning to sit

Mommy has been creative with my toys, because I am beginning to out grow my other ones.  (His latest favorite toy is a plastic cup-seriously? He chose that over an expensive "lamase" toy.  I am glad he has cheap taste! :)

Daddy time!

Riding in the tractor with daddy!

  1. I don't know how it's possible but Malachi just keeps getting more cute! You guys are blessed to be able to stay in the housing this summer. I'm glad we got to meet Angel too.
