On Father's Day we dedicated our little Malachi back to the Lord. We were going to do it at our church, but I ended up getting sick and we missed the dedication service. It all worked out for the best because Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Deal came up to visit the farm and Grandpa preformed the service for us!
Close family came. We had a delicious brunch and then walked out back by the cherry orchards. It was very special. We ended the service with singing, Jesus Loves Me. One line struck me like never before, "little ones to Him belong.." Lord, help us remember this as we raise up our son. He comes to us as pure gift. May we raise Him for your Kingdom. Amen.
