Getting the tree!

Christmas is a lot different when you have a child.  Its so much more fun and meaningful!  And to think this is just the beginning.  :)  I feel so blessed holding and cuddling my sweet boy in the light of the tree.  Last Christmas was a blur, so it nice to be able to take it all in now. :)

We went with all the family to pick out our Christmas tree.  It was a warm evening, so it was perfect for roaming around outdoors with little ones.  We all quickly chose the perfect one as the sun set and the dark crept in.  We went back to he farm and ate warm soup and delicious homemade bread (thank you Sarah!)  Afterwards, we attempted to take a Christmas photo of the kiddos in their jammies.  Wow.  The pictures explain it all.  Hilarious.

Later in the week we decorated our tree.  Mr. Malachi was teething, but certainly enjoyed watching the tree come together.  He even hung his own ornament!  <3
